City Prayer
Partnering with God in prayer

Nothing of any eternal value or significance will be accomplished by us in the City without God’s sovereign power at work. Our heavenly Father loves to hear us pray and works through us when we depend on him. He desires all people to be saved and he desires that we pray!
Many pray for their workplace ministry and God’s mission to the City by praying with their families or housemates; using the City Prayer Diary available from St Helen's; in workplace prayer groups; in prayer triplets; at their local church; and centrally at St Helen’s. More on these below.

Please contact Wes (wes@christiansinthecity.com) if you would like help:
- Finding/setting up a workplace prayer group or prayer triplet
- Getting your local church to pray for your ministry in the City

A number of city workers meet each week to pray for the ministry in the City and one another's workplace ministry. Choose from either of the times below and come through the South Transept door, opposite the church reception. Please contact Wes (wes@christiansinthecity.com) for more information.
